I am still Having this error since AUGUST, at launch for months now can someone please fix it. Or can I atleast have my money back since I can’t even play the game????

It's been 4 months now.
I can't work out a) how EA is still allowed to sell this game with a known issue like this and so many people affected by it, with no recompense or accountability
Or b) how little care or response to this issue there has been.
I've answered all the things you've asked me to. Jumped through all the hoops, captured game footage as requested.
The only answer I've ever gotten is "we're looking into it"
