[ERROR] Unable to retrieve your progression information from EA Servers at this

I have an error message in madden 22 that happens to pop up if I go in or out of a game mode, and when I start up the game, it says [ERROR] Unable to retrieve your progression information from EA Ser...

    @EA_BlueberryOMG it's finally gone! Error did not happen and I can edit my avatar!

Hey, everyone.

We need some additional piece of info to help narrow down the cause. Please respond with the following:

  • Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
  • Platform
  • Date and time when you last received the error (please include timezone)
  • Language you play in
  • What part of the game do you receive the error

3. 11/23/21 5:30 pm (CST) (having this error for 4 hrs now)

4. English

5. After starting the game and i hit ‘press any button’. I am at home screen now and it says ‘ <view button> madden profile’ on the side. I hit <view button> and i get same error

I finally bought this game today and i was all excited to play but here we go.

    Seriously man. So many users experiencing the same issue for months and EA can’t do * about it? Wtf? 

    this sucks man. I bought game for nothing. 

    where are the moderators?
