[ERROR] Unable to retrieve your progression information from EA Servers at this

I have an error message in madden 22 that happens to pop up if I go in or out of a game mode, and when I start up the game, it says [ERROR] Unable to retrieve your progression information from EA Servers at this time. Please try again later. Please help

    EA help said it was impossible to add those back in or give points to our accounts, which is BS. They gave people 20000 points for being locked out of their accounts for a few days after the market closure fiasco. We lost at least a week worth of progress and xp, and they won't give us anything!

    yes I’ve turned the system off and on. 

    doesn’t show my progression info or let me access my madden profile. I can play all game modes but just no way account access

    @EA_Blueberry Same is happening for me. Can’t access the live content or anything linked to my EA account in game. Quite frustrating when you pay nearly $100 for a video game
