[ERROR] Unable to retrieve your progression information from EA Servers at this

I have an error message in madden 22 that happens to pop up if I go in or out of a game mode, and when I start up the game, it says [ERROR] Unable to retrieve your progression information from EA Servers at this time. Please try again later. Please help

    @JASZ3 New update today chances of it fixing our problem? Slim nothing about it on the patch report downloading update now will post if it's fixed sorry but not getting my hopes up

    4. yes, tried everything possible, called EA help, reinstalled, checked connection, no ban no suspension history

    5. Had a same issue about 2 weeks ago, 2 days later was able to play and started again today right after I updated madden 22

    I think their it’ll be fixed in an update is them bsing us to be honest

    @DTA734 Same here. EA won't process a refund either. Don't try guys, it's not worth it. You'll end up talking to five hundred different clowns that will just give you the run around.

    I'm cutting my losses now and waiting for 2K sports to bring out their NFL game

    • Which game mode are you getting this ?-error after title screen and all game-modes 
    • Have you tried power cycling your console and local network YES
    • When did you start experiencing this error? Day of purchase October 28th
    • Did you always experience it YES has always been present 
    • I have uninstalled and reinstalled, modem reset, hardwired connection, power cycled Xbox, manually quit game.

    • 10-27-21 ? It started happening after i logged in on Madden Mobile, i completed the challenge i was doing and got booted to main menu with error

    P.S I have No Sanction , Ban, or Suspension confirmed by ToS
