face of franchis player creating problem (Profane name)

    Hey, Madden Community.

    Some names may not be eligible in our filtering system due to agreements with various schools and our commitment to preventing the use of current college player’s name/image/likeness. This filtering has been in place since the integration of Face of the Franchise.

    The name change could be result of it being picked up as profanity.

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Face of the Franchise - QB1
Summarize your bug Created player doesn't save into game mode and I get "generic player" and not who I made.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Creating custom player in face of franchise, select accept and continue, and wait for first scene.
What happens when the bug occurs? The character I just made isn't in the game after just creating him. Gives me the name "generic player" and the generic character that madden starts you off as when creating a custom player.
What do you expect to see? My custom player.

I just picked up the game and buy every year. I've already had bad experience when trying to pre-order where it wanted to cancel the day before it launches. Also I bought another game when it first releases and was absolutely garbage. I couldn't play anything it was so bad. I always start with career modes first and now I can't because its not allowing me to use my custom character. I can't really find anyone else having this issue but I've tried making like 10 and closing the application, and restarting the ps4. Its all the same.
