face of franchis player creating problem (Profane name)

    Hey, Madden Community.

    Some names may not be eligible in our filtering system due to agreements with various schools and our commitment to preventing the use of current college player’s name/image/likeness. This filtering has been in place since the integration of Face of the Franchise.

    The name change could be result of it being picked up as profanity.

@awesome_frenzy_0 My last name is Sanchez and I just started playing face of the franchise but commentary keeps calling me qb 2 is that normal?

    @EA_Blueberry John but he is starting to say it now thanks! I also having another issue my face of the franchise players face on the sideline is grey with blue hair. He looks like an alien from another planet is that normal?

    If you put him in the game is his football abilities out of this world? 😉 

    Doesn't sound normal. Is it a created player you have on the roster that may have bugged out?

    If you haven't powered cycle the console lately, I'd try giving that a go to see if it clears up any caching issues. Definitely not "normal" though. Either could be a hardware related issue, minor graphical bug, or corrupted file.
