face of franchis player creating problem (Profane name)

In Face of the franchise i use the name Dodd, It has been in madden since madden 18, When you create a player in franchise mode all you get is generic commentary for your player, no matter what name you use, That is a step back from madden 20, In FFM it calls your name fine, But in change role in franchise to player you get generic commentary. 2 things you can do, Make FFM where you can use custom roster , Or  fix franchise mode the way it was last year where you could create a player and have his name called.  As a madden Vet and buyer of the game since it came on the market, This is the most frustrating thing i have seen from madden yet. Also generic names called for ALL rookies in year 2 . What ever you did to madden 21 it broke all immersion in franchise.

Summarize your bug Every time I try to start up face of the franchise it gives me a generic player, I have tried to uninstall the game and reinstall and that did not work. I tried to recreate my player from scratch and that also did not work

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, not everyone is having the issue
What happens when the bug occurs? I start up face of the franchise with my created player and it give me a generic model
What do you expect to see? I would like to see my created player

Summarize your bug When you play college ball, the last name reverts to "player"
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play "face of the franchise" then when you enter college first season, you'll see that the last name you entered in HS doesn't show in college. Instead, it shows "Player" in the back of the jersey.
What happens when the bug occurs? says player
What do you expect to see? my last name as I had it in High school.

When playing "Face of the Franchise" the last name I had in high school changes to "Player." It doesn't show my last name in the back of the jersey anymore. In other words, it reverts back to player. 

I think my qb got a random name and a random look during the game but in the cut scenes he looks normal 

Any idea if they've said they're going to fix this?

Yeah i have the same problem like its only certain schools like LSU and texas my name stays the same but USC or Oregon its College Player the only fix ive found is not picking certain schools or waiting till after im drafted
