We haven't received a lot of reports about this since the game released and it could be a local save issue, connectivity, or rare bug.

- @EA_Blueberry I have had this bug for the whole season, every face of the franchise I’ve started as this exact same bug
- @EA_Blueberry Late reply but I do not see many posts regarding this, but I came across the same bug recently. Every time I try to upgrade my player in Face of the Franchise I get an error message saying "ATTENTION: There was an error retrieving the data. Please, try again later"
I am experiencing this on PC through EA Play and restarting my PC has not fixed this issue.
