Face of the Franchise madden 21

    Gotcha, thanks. Can you try something else for me to see if it helps? Highlight Madden NFL 21 on your Xbox dashboard, then hit the Menu button on your controller. Go to Manage game & add-ons, then scroll down to Save Data. Highlight the saved data for your Gamertag, then choose the Delete Everywhere option. 

    Start Madden back up and see if your Face of the Franchise is able to save afterward. Let me know how that goes when you can. Thanks again!

    I have it stored on my ps4 and it automatically says ea servers are down?

    why is face of the franchise not working will not save progress... this is frustrating as hell

    Hi! 

    I just bought a Madden game for my first time one week ago and I have been only playing Face of the Franchise since then. I was able to play the Legacy Mode and I could reach the end of the story, so that's cool. After that, I wanted to give a shot to the Classic Mode, so I had to play the HS/College until I reached the NFL. The problem for me occured when being drafted, play some preseason games, stop playing just to continue the next day and then when coming back not having any Face of the Franchise file. It is quite frustrating because it has already happened to me twice, while you cannot skip the HS/College games so you just got to spend another 2-3 hours in the proccess. 

    I'm playing in PS4. Hope you can help me out, I have been enjoying the game a lot and this problem will end up killing my love for the game. Thanks!

    @orangeplaque Aye i’ve done it twice and it’s annoying as cause it takes so long to get back to the NFL

    Same thing is happening to me. I tried it 3 times and each time the game didn't save. PS5 with the PS4 disc and new gen update download.
