Same thing happened to me after winning the superbowl in my 2nd season. Mine did get stuck on the loading screen so I manual closed the game and reopened it now I'm stuck on the same screen as the O.P. I don't want to retire and lose all my progress, took me forever to get to my 2nd season.
I’m going through the same exact scenario. After the super bowl, It wouldn’t go past the load screen. Restarted the game and now all I can see is a season recap with no option to progress. Insanely broken
