Didn't have this issue until the new update yesterday, now it is happening every time I try to play house rules. It is beyond frustrating and almost unbearable.
Please fix this nonsense!

Hey, all.
When @EA_Kent provided troubleshooting earlier in the thread it was related to a significant connectivity issue we identified shortly afterwards that's now fixed. If you are having trouble getting into games modes for MUT:
- House Rules: Instead of selecting House Rules from the Missions tab, try going to H2H to play it. We've seen players get stuck by going to House Rules from the Mission menu
- MUT Challenges: If you are unable to play a challenge or other game mode within MUT due to a connectivity error, visit your roster and change your lineup to BEST OVERALL with the lineup tool on the right. Some lineup configurations appear to result in corruption, by resetting it this way that helps resolve the error
If you're having trouble connecting to the EA servers for all game modes, we encourage you to run through the connectivity steps below that helps fix issues for most of our players.
Connection Troubleshooting

We know some of you have attempted a power cycle already. Sometimes, it doesn't hurt to try it again if it wasn't done after the recent fix on November 9th. We're seeing players online as normal, thus we are confident connection troubleshooting should fix this for you.
Reboot the power to the modem/router
- Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.
How to power cycle your PS4 console
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
How to power cycle your Xbox console:
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
