This issue is not fixed and has nothing to do with our internet or connection. I have excellent internet and it still happens for me. Please fix this.

Thanks for the reports on this. So that we can get a full picture of what exactly is going on, I wanted to ask for a bit more information:
- Which platform are you playing on?
- What is the exact error message you're getting, if any?
- Is this only happening with H2H, or does it affect other game modes?
- Are you on the EA Play trial, or are you playing the full version of Madden NFL 21?

Error message “An unexpected error occurred while starting your game”
Happens in H2H, Weekend league, and the house rules.
Playing on the full game.

Thank you. To be clear, have you tried changing your roster to BEST OVR with the lineup tool and tried going into a game again? That usually fixes this type of error.
That did not work for me.
I’ve had this issue on both ps4 and now on ps5 it is worse than ps4.I am either searching for 5+ minutes without finding a match or getting an error after about 40 seconds.This is on the digital version of madden and happens for mut h2h and house rules as well as WL.It however works fine for mut squads.
