@peeze31 It does no good to talk to the community managers. They are just like maddennfldirect, eahelp, help.ea.com, kraelo, or any one else. The only people that have the ability to make changes to our accounts apparently, is the TOS team, which are located somewhere in Great Britain, I think. The time stamps on the help tickets seem to align with this thinking. Getting a response is near likely to never happen. I myself have invested over $1000.00 this madden release alone. Consistently use the companion app. Play by the rules and dont cheat, yet!!! Yet....I have been banned apparently for coin distribution....and cheating. Ive never cheated in all my years ( a decade) of playing Madden. I have been a great customer. I consistently buy bundles every week. I spend double the amount when promos come around. Yet...here I am, Banned for actions that I have not committed. 11 days without a response from THE TOS TEAM. I repeat, 11 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The community managers can only direct you to submit another help ticket. This help ticket will go to the TOS team. If you say that your issue is something else, then you can get a phone call, or live chat, but will be told they can escalate your case. Which does nothing. Nothing, as far as I have been able to tell. Other than that they will advise you to hurry up and wait. Its torturous when madden is the only outlet you have in this messed up pandemic filled country of ours. Its even more messed up to be told you are a cheater and that you are breaking the rules, when the only people receiving money is EA from the Mut store. I hope your outcome is different. But my guess? It will be much of the same as the rest of us.
