False permanent ban from Madden 21 MUT and auction house

Oh what makes it worse of all is they dont even see a sanction on my account.......WHY AM I NOT PLAYING MUT YET???!?!?

I have been banned.   How fill it let you  back on?

I been banned without any reason. I will never buy any EA game ever. I asked twice the reason of my ban and all i received is this "We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures". I know i'm not a cheater, just as i know you are. I uninstall everything from EA right now and i will never go back to Origin. How can you ban someone without telling him the reason why? I'm done with EA.

I got banned for coin selling and buying, but I've never bought coins. I contacted them, it has been a week and the only response was that they are still looking into it. How can it take so long all they have to do is check my auction history since to buy coins you put a low card up for insane amounts so the seller can transfer you the coins. I've never sold anything out of its price range, the market recently dropped and I can't buy anything because EA messed up and doesn't wat to fix it.

I was just given a false auction house ban for coin distributing I have never bought or sold coins on the auction house this needs to be fixed I payed good money for this game to be ban for something  I have never done is bad business and if I need to contact the better business bureau I will this needs to be fixed and soon. Completely un acceptable from ea

I’ve had the same problem. They haven’t gotten back to me in several days and I wasn’t notified via email like they said they would do. I asked the EA help support staff and they couldn’t provide me any additional information. I only got an email saying “we’re working on your case” no form of time frame or any way to talk to someone who actually knows what they’re talking about. What a joke
