Fan Appreciation Challenges not counting stars for completed challenges

@Labizabomb same with me playing on PC. The first one of the Solos released today worked normally (i.e. showing all stars), but the "Agility" (and the "Heave ho!") Solo only shows 3 stars although I saw 5 stars in the post Solo Challenge screen.

Thank you for the heads up! We alerted the team and they just tweeted out about it here.

"The Madden Live Services team is looking into reports that players playing the new Fan Appreciation Ultimate Challenges are unable to earn bonus stars from completing some challenges with bonus conditions. We will update this thread once we have an update on the issue."

Same with me. 

I did the Stink, Stink, Stink challenge 3x. Only 3 of 5 stars.

I can confirm that the bonus stars are granted now.

but in case of the "Agility" Solo, there are no additional coins rewarded for the 5th star....[fixed]

I can not understand this. Really no one @ea plays those challenges before putting them online just to see if everything is okay?

In my years of working in the industry (including outside of EA), new game updates can work fine on test servers/builds but once they hit live servers they can act differently. Some features are already coded weeks in advance, so if the teams had to implement a hotfix for something else it might cause unintended consequences for other features currently or down the road. To sum up your question, yes the features are tested, yet bugs still can manage to sneak their way into games.

but... these are OLD challenges which have been re-posted in the fan appreciation.

A bunch of them broke earlier this year (late last year?) and I didn't post anything. I filed a support case but their answer was a consistent "uh duh".

Seriously man what happened to my team I had and spent all that time building? On madden mobile 21Can’t see you just erasing all that time and effort spent on that.. really hope you wouldn’t be that big of * man..
