Fireworks sound effect h2h

Why is that you can see the fireworks on madden 20 h2h after a touchdown but can’t hear the sound effect of it ? EA needs to look into this small detail , I mean madden 19 had it. No use in showing the fireworks but can’t hear the sound effect of it .! Get on it EA!

    This has been passed up and tracked by the team. I understand this is highly important to you and can see how it can amplify the presentation for the game and apologize if it's causing you to get upset in any way. We'll update this post if we hear any further updates around this.

    @EA_Blueberry 3 weeks and counting on my last post and still no updates in regards to my issue in fixing pyrotechnics sound effects during h2h matchups. I have a case opened with BBB against your team EA. Now my case is not just about the issue I stated above, is more the audacity of this forum being for the community to ask for help or get answers to their questions and you guys just simply choose to ignore the people. You only answer when you guys feel like it and US the community cannot keep allowing that to happen. You say the “team” will track down issues but still can’t get back to me in regards to why the issue cannot be fixed. That my friend is not a resolution. I will continue with my case until something gets resolved or until I get an answer as to why this issue cannot be fixed. Thank you
