Thank you for raising this to us.

Have any of you actually finished the season with enough wins (games you actually won) to make the playoffs to help verify whether it's a UI issue with the scoreboard or whether your wins actually aren't counting at all?

We'll need to gather some account examples to send over to the QA team. Please reply back with the following:

  • Xbox Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID (PC users)
  • Cloud or offline franchise?
  • If Cloud, please let us know the cloud franchise name
  • What is the record and how many games did you actually win?
  • Were these played all the way to the end by you or simulated?
  • What weeks in the season did this impact
  • Is this an existing franchise or a new one since the latest title update
