[FIXED] Lost Superstar Abilities after patch! Please Help!

Product: Madden NFL 20
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

Summarize your bug After the most recent patch I lost almost all my Super Star Abilities in the Second Slot of my players including: TY Law ACROBAT Champ Bailey ACROBAT Michael Strahan POWER SPECIALIST Steve Young GUTSY SCRAMBLER Please Help! The bug appears to only have affected the second slot of abilities. No, I did not remove and refund these abilities accidentally. This occurred right after I updated for Live Content Restart.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? MUT Lineup Screen
What happens when the bug occurs? Reoccurring, attempted restart
What do you expect to see? The abilities still active on my players!

3:50PM ET (10/18) UPDATE: All Make-Rights for Missing Abilities were processed across all platforms (X1, PS4, PC) earlier today. The MUT Team will be doing another wave of make-rights for Team, Scheme and Physical Chemistries impacted shortly. This is a staged process.

Lost all abilities on my Lawrence Taylor and Brian dawkins 2 on Clinton portis I’m pretty pissed off right now

I was just playing a H2H game and realized Steve Young’s escape artist ability wasn’t on. When I went and looked I lost it for some reason. Currently waiting to talk to EA about it. Glad it wasn’t just me this happened too

It is also occurring on the Xbox 1 as well. I lost abilities on my players as well.

Are we getting training back for re-buying the abilites or the coins back for spending to get them?

I just purchased power specialist for lt yesterday and now there gone. I hope they fix it that stuff isn’t cheap.

Hey I’ve gotten some of my abilities back but I’m still missing a few. I’m missing power specialist on my powered up Lawrence Taylor as well as slot apprentice on my 92 tory holt

I have lost over 15k in training it took away my chems for sprinter it took away evasive for Saquon. It took away zoned out and man up for Willie this is literally one of the worse bugs in this games to date it wasn’t cheap to get my team where it was at and now it has all gone down the drain because of an update EA I hope I get reimbursed for all of that trading at minimum

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My qb tom brady and rb allen
What happens when the bug occurs? abilites i had on them are gone
What do you expect to see? my training refunded or put my abilites back on

I lost all my sprinter chems and most of my more expensive abilities. Gordon lost evasive, young lost escape artist and gutsy scramber, ramsey lost zoned out and acrobat, tillman lost secure tackler! What the hell is going on
