    Hey @marawan5, 

    I don't think I've seen any other reports of this so far. It's only happening with those particular scenes in Face of the Franchise? You haven't noticed any other audio issues at all?

I have the same problem. Playing on an Xbox one x. Sound comes through tv speakers. No audio at all during scoreboard dedication ceremony. 

also, noticed audio was low during all cutscenes, but sounded normal during games.

    Thanks for the updates!

    Have you double-checked to make sure your audio channels are configured correctly? If you're running your sound through a headset, have you checked to see if spatial sound is enabled in your Xbox settings? If it is, can you try disabling it to test and see if that makes any difference at all? 

    If you're using your TV's audio can you test and see if using a different HDMI port or cable helps?

      @EA_Kent My audio is all running correctly. In the session, it worked correctly for all other cut scenes, simply this one which it failed to produce any sound, the cutscene before the last Super Bowl was a little out of sync but still audible but I could never work out if that was planned or not as the speech never seemed to sync up throughout the whole format. However I can state categorically that this issue was an issue with game audio files not my hardware. 😁

      I've seen you guys reply to everyone that it is a "them problem" and that their audio connections are to blame. Rather that acknowledging after this many instances of the same problem that it is a problem with the game. A bug that has needed to be patched and hasn't yet because you're continuing to tell people its their problem not the games.
