Summarize your bug Force advance button needs to be in a separate menu and/or be a two step process. Adding a question to the button when you press it the 1st time. Question should be: Are you sure you want to Force Advance? This will stop the accidentally pressing the force advance by a sub commissoner. It happens because the ready to advance button and the force advance button are next to each other.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It can be found on the Commissioner's to do list. The Ready to advance menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? If they accidentally press force advance, it advances the week on the 1st press.
What do you expect to see? The Force advance button in its on menu. And/Or Two part step to force advance. It should ask are you sure?
