Forces redo of Steelers vs. Cardinals

Every time I get on Madden 16 on the Xbox One, it makes me redo the Steelers vs. Cardinals game and some training. Its as if I am just starting the game, however, once I complete that game my Ultimate team is still there. I have tried so many things and asked EA on the phone and computer but none of their solutions worked. Is anyone else having this problem and if so, how did you fix it?
