Forgot my security answer

don't know my security question answer how do i change it

I keep getting a security question that I do not know the answer to when i try this and there is no way to just get a confirmation email that it is the right user.

I can't remember my security answer for EA, is there a way I can change it?

I'm trying to get in to my Profile Management, but when it asks for my security question,

"What Elementary School did I attend"

it keeps saying its wrong. I know what Elementary! and I've tried all possible ways of typing it in.

I need to reset it, because I'm trying to get MUTRewards for Madden, and that's where I found this problem.

PLEASE HELP!!
