Formation Subs in Connected Franchise Broken

I am unable to make formation subs in franchise mode for Madden 21. I have created and deleted multiple franchises to see if the issue would go away. It will allow me to make one sub but then the screen glitches out and will not let me make any other changes. I tried leaving the screen and going back and it shows the change I made but it will not let me make anymore. I tried restarting the application and restarting the PS4 all together but nothing has worked. I checked to see if there were any updates that I needed to install and but the game is up to date. I know it just came out so I am not complaining, just thought I wouldd see if anyone had experienced the same issue.
