I am using the digital version of Madden 21 and In Franchise mode I have been unable to make Formation subs. It looks normal until I get into the given formation in either "O" or "D" then when I click on a specific position the screen freezes. I can back out, but I have been unable to make any substitutions at all. At times it will allow me to cycle thru a few players and it will freeze before even selecting one to sub for.
This is ridiculous. I play on the PS4 and am having the same issue. Formation Subs does not work. Thanks EA for a horrible product this year and you are welcome for the $60.00 for nothing
