I am using the digital version of Madden 21 and In Franchise mode I have been unable to make Formation subs. It looks normal until I get into the given formation in either "O" or "D" then when I click on a specific position the screen freezes. I can back out, but I have been unable to make any substitutions at all. At times it will allow me to cycle thru a few players and it will freeze before even selecting one to sub for.
@Oceola27 OK, contacted Customer Support and to make a long story short received this response. On "My Cases" above this issue I see in a highlighted green box, "No fix available." Does that mean, at this time or does that mean that it will not be fixed? If the latter, then shouldn't all of us so affected be expecting a refund for buying a broken product?
