@Oceola27 OK, contacted Customer Support and to make a long story short received this response. On "My Cases" above this issue I see in a highlighted green box, "No fix available." Does that mean, at this time or does that mean that it will not be fixed? If the latter, then shouldn't all of us so affected be expecting a refund for buying a broken product?

@Oceola27 I guess they'll fix it if enough people report it so hopefully it gets fixed in the next update. Maybe it means no fix available atm

    Same here. I am on PS4 using disc and as soon as I click the player I want to change it freezes and I have to back out.
