We are having some difficulty reproducing this as it looks to work correctly on our end. Can you submit a screenshot of the objective and your results (Screen or video of the end of the game where it shows the results and navigation to the screen).
At least for MUT, I see it happen a lot where players aren't completing the proper requirements that are listed on the screen. This is Face of the Franchise though, so whether that is the situation is yet to be seen. The team could use some video recording and screenshots of the objective and post game results to verify what is causing this.
