- What type of league is it? (CFM, Face of the Franchise, Offline Franchise)
- If CFM, how many people are in your league?
- If CFM, what is your league name?
- If CFM, what is the Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID of your commissioner?
- What week are you stuck on?
- Did the game freeze when the game was calculating results prior to the freeze or did it freeze when you attempted to advance the week
- What day and time did you attempt to advance the league? (To the best of your knowledge)
- Were you able to advance the league through the companion app?

We've seen some reports of this lately and if you are able to drop the information we're requesting above in a reply it can help out the Franchise team pinpoint the root cause.
We've seen this error naturally clear itself up after X amount of time has passed. Some players have seen it work after a day or sometimes a week. The commissioner might want to check to see if any human controlled teams have tasks. If they are able to advance through the companion app I've seen that as a viable workaround in the past, although it might not be available for all leagues.
