[FotF] Stuck on Physique Selection/Avatar Creation screen after update

Hey Madden Community,

Some players have reported that after yesterday's Title Update, when they log in they are stuck in a Physique Selection Screen. Our team is aware and working to address this issue. 

A possible workaround for this issue has been identified for now if you are encountering this issue. Please follow the steps below:

• Disconnect your  system from Wi-Fi/internet.
• Turn the game on and get past the loading screen and onto the main menu.
• Connect your Wi-Fi back on and it should allow you to proceed.

We will continue to update this thread as our teams work to address this issue.

Leaving the game open, press PS button.

Go to settings, and select "Network "

Turn off internet connection.

Turn internet connection back on.

Open madden, and it will give you an error notification.

Press X and it should load you to the main screen.

Press R2 to sign in to EA.
