[FotF] Unable to use skill points

I have this same problem it doesn't even give an option to hit a button so I have 10 skill points just sitting there unused.

How do you even get the skill points because my class rep won’t even level up. I tried everything from resetting and uninstalling the game itself

Summarize your bug I have played a total of eight games now, and four or five of those games freeze at halftime and will not allow me to do anything which means I then have to completely shut down the game started back up and try again. Sometimes after loading the game back up it will freeze up again because it's somehow goes back to 22 seconds before halftime which is clearly not even possible. Also, I am unable to spend my skill points that I have accumulated. You've had plenty of time to get this game right why do you release it with so many bugs all the time?
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All I do is attempt to play a face of the franchise game, and if you attempt to skip the halftime stuff because I don't care for it at all, that is when the freezing happens. It will show some replays in slow mo, and then just scan out and show the stadium and you cannot do anything after that
What happens when the bug occurs? Once the game is frozen, I have no choice but to completely shut it down and bring it back up. It is completely unresponsive
What do you expect to see? A resolution. When I pay $70 for a game I expect it to work. Madden is the only game I have ever had an issue with in my history of gaming. We pay way too much money for your servers to be this terrible. Start listening to the people who pay for the game rather than just trying to reinvent stupid crap that no one is interested in

I hate your servers!  MUT sucks!  Maybe put some effort into the other parts of the game?;?!?!? 

I’m having this problem and then when it does level up I don’t have the skill point I was supposedly awarded. Already completed a season and only got two skill points early on. 

Did you find a solution?

Has anybody figured out how to fix this?

Skill Points

Here's where the mouse stops working. You have to use the UP or DOWN arrow to navigate the list (Power, Accuracy, etc.). Choose a skill to increase and then use the RIGHT arrow to put a skill point in that skill or the LEFT arrow to remove one. Once you're happy with how many you want to add to that skill, press SPACE (SPACE will only be available if you are making a legal addition, i.e. you're not trying to spend more points than you have).

You can only add to one row at a time, so hit SPACE when happy with the current skill, then UP/DOWN to the next one, RIGHT, SPACE, and so on.

By arrows, I mean keyboard arrows. Mouse for whatever reason can't work this thing.
