This is also a multiple person league. I turned off the practice squad stealing in the settings when I set the league up, but it’s possible that didn’t stop somebody from signing a player on another persons practice squad. I tried resetting my Xbox and that didn’t work either. I also readjusted the settings for the minimum number of players on the roster, thinking that this might help, but no such luck.
Yeah, mine's also a multiple person one. EA's "support" said to just release and then put back all the players on the roster as if that's some kind of feasible option.
That’s a terrible suggestion by EA’s “support” team... Signing and releasing people can incur cap penalties and mess with the player contracts. Well, hopefully someone from EA sees this soon and can fix it internally. I (and I’d imagine you) are becoming very frustrating by this broken system.
Additional Note: I have a week one re-signing that appears in My Team and Resign Players. It’s locked and won’t let me re-sign him. Is it possible the game didn’t actually move to week one even though it says it did?
Well, I tried the EA "support" method. After cutting all the players, I now have 127 out of 53 players, cannot add any players, and now have nobody on the roster but I still have to make 74 cuts. Thanks EA!
