[Franchise] East Coast times instead of West coast game times

I know in many cases it could be an easy fix but when they go through testing it ends up breaking other features too. If it breaks the other features they can check to see if those are easily fixable too, as well as ensuring through testing more features don't break. I can't say this is the case as priority and the amount of time spent on something are huge factors too. They have this on their list to address, however with other larger items out there impacting players such as the hottest topics on this forum they have to prioritize those first. I don't know when this could be addressed, but it's nice to know they're aware of it. Since you've created a post, we can also gauge how many others find this bug important to them.
