[Franchise, Exhibition] Washington Football Team is not in alphabetical order

In Franchise Mode and Quickplay, the Washington Football Team is listed between the Ravens and the Saints. [EDIT: modified thread title to improve visibility/clarity]

@fifimcfeef33 Thank you for the bug report, the team is aware of this. The Washington team plans to change their name in the near future. I anticipate the new name will be located in the correct spot alphabetically if this is not addressed by then.
