[Franchise] Formation Subs resetting to default

For whatever reason I cannot submit a Bug report

Product: Madden NFL 22
Platform:PC
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? olecrankygamer
Date/time issue occurred 9-21-2021
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode
Which part of the mode? Offline
What is your Franchise League Name? Self
Summarize your bug Formation subs reset after making player changes
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sub a QB out of any offensive formation in a Franchise, back out and go back in to that formation
What happens when the bug occurs? Players reset to default depth chart placement
What do you expect to see? New player in position in that formation, regardless of depth chart

    If I got you right, you do that in the Franchise menu (not during a game)?

    Hi I’m currently facing the same issue. My formation subs sets back to default and there’s nothing I can do about it. Tried deleting the whole game and reinstalling and that still didn’t work

    I play on Xbox one and everytime I load into my game my skill positions are fatigued and are only in for one play then are subbed the rest of the game anywah I can fix this?
