[Franchise, Glitch] Traded Free Agent reappears as Free Agent immediately

Summarize your bug Whenever I sign a Free Agent just to trade it to another team with a full roster, the Free Agent will sometimes be released immediately again by that team. Going back to the Free Agents section allows you to resign one and the same Free Agent and trade the item to the same team again and again. Exploiting that glitch might result in stealing all Draft Picks from this team just by retrading one and the same player for Draft Picks. The better the traded Free Agent, the better the Draft Picks you might get. As soon as you got the low-level Draft Picks, you can combine this player with the Draft Picks you already got and can really steal every single Draft Pick of a team.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? sign a Free Agent and immediately trade him to a team with a full roster (e.g. 75/75 in Preseason). Go back to the Free Agents tab and he will be there. But this bug only works for players who do not become starters for the other team.
What happens when the bug occurs? you can exploit the fact that other teams always accept trade deals of just signed Free Agents for Draft Picks (or players of similar strength). The better the Free Agent, the better the Picks/Players you might get per iteration, but at the end it is just a matter of time till you get all Draft Picks (and maybe the best players of the other team too).
What do you expect to see? other AI-controlled teams should not accept trades for players they immediately release after the trade again

I'm not perfectly convinced in which situations this pattern occurs, but I'd guess the following conditions have to be fulfilled:
- the roster of the other team has to be full
- the traded Free Agent is not better than the players in the other team's roster
- if the traded Free Agent is better than some of the back-up players, I'm not sure in which situations the traded Free Agent will be released (or another player of the same position). I'd guess the salary cap might play a role in these situations.
I clicked the tick box "Every TIme" because if the conditions are fullfilled, the Free Agent will be released by the other team every single time. For instance, I once tried how often this bug occurs in a row and signed and traded CB Jimmy Smith (I think with a 81 or 82 OVR) again and again. Just doing that I was able to steal every single draft pick from the Arizona Cardinals (I maybe did some trades before, so I'm not exactly sure about the details of the Cardinals rosters at that time). Before trading Jimmy Smith again and again, I signed all other available Free Agents and traded them but they did not reappear. Either because they became starters (and therefore other players had been released) or because the rosters of my trade partners had not been full yet. Anyways, doing that to other teams to I managed to come up with all first round picks (1-25), because 25 seems to be the limit of picks per year for one team. I also managed to trade top players from other teams by investing the gathered first round picks.
This glitch exploit works the better, the better the Free Agent is. However, players with lower OVRs are more likely to reappear in the Free Agents section again. It worked for some players with an OVR in the high 70s every single time too, independent of the team they are traded too.
I intended to create a video showing the bug. Unfortunately, my laptop completely overheated yesterday resulting in severe damage of my graphics card (which is not working anymore; and also my HDMI port got damaged). I'm therefore not willing to risk my new laptop anymore by starting the game again (at the moment it would not even work because of the current damage).
Exploiting that glitch allows you to 1) build up the best team available, and 2) steal all Draft Picks from other teams just by investing nothing.
