Franchise Mode Cloud Offline - saved game error issues.

I have been playing Madden 18 for 6 weeks or so in Franchise Mode Cloud Offline everything was fine, around a week ago instead of the game loading straight to being able to play,.

It now asks me to accept policy every time, and then asks me if I want to share info with friends and get a free MUT Pack, which I am not interested in.

It then loads as if it is the first time I have ever loaded this game. It goes through all the different games, arcade, simulation etc, which it did not used to do.

Once this is done I I then choose Franchise mode (cloud offline) and can normally load a previously saved game however it is now saying that it cannot load this file it has been damaged or deleted.

So I have to start a new franchise game where the auto save button comes on at the bottom right hand of the screen.

Once I have finished playing I go out of the game and when i try to load the saved game "it comes up with the same error message"

So I then started a new game and pressed the save button myself it asks me to save a file and create a name, which I do and it says this is saved, however when I go out and try to load the saved  franchise game it says there are no files saved

I am playing on the Xbox one, I have deleted my gamertag and have uninstalled and then reinstalled the game as per EA but it still doesn't work. Can ANYONE PLEASE HELP.
