Franchise Mode Consistency Rating of Drafted Players

The confidence rating gets reset (both existing and draft picks) the beginning of each year.

They need to fix this as existing players confidence should be what it was at the end of the previous year.

    Not sure about consistency as I have never seen that attribute?
