I've seen this error pop up when there are over 100 friends on someone's PSN list. After clearing out all the friends it's fixed it for some players.
Also, do you have a custom uploaded profile image for your PSN ID? Custom avatars have caused strange technical issues for some of our games.
If you have facial recognition enabled on your PlayStation try disabling it under the Settings (even if you don't use it, PlayStation articles online mention disabling that can help).Have you tried the official steps from PlayStation's website regarding that error code?

Have you tried the steps I posted above?
I was just over 100 friends on playstation network and removing some until I was under 100 seems to have fixed the problem. I have since played 4 franchise games and none have crashed after completing them where in the past they definitely would have. Thank you so much for your help!
