FRANCHISE MODE WITH DEVIN WADE

Summarize your bug After I continued Devin Wade’s career, I progressed to maxing out 3 out of upgrade categories available. Once I collected enough skill points to max out the last category, I began receieving a message that said I did not have enough skill points available even though I had 97 skill points. It cost 1 skill point to upgrade each category. Feeeback: the amount of XP needed to receive a skill point does not change....for example, it’s set at 13,000 XP I believe this is an exploit that will make it easier for people to upgrade their players. The XP amount needed to receive a skill point should increase as your player’s rating increases.... i.e...if my player is a 90 overall...then it should take 3x XP to receive the next skill points
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? progress Devin wade to 90+ overall by simulating weekly game plan Max out each category
What happens when the bug occurs? It does not let me max out the last category that requires 1 skill point even though I have 97 skill points
What do you expect to see? Allow players to max out categories

madden 19 does not let me progress Devin wade’s last bucket to 99 even though I have enough skill points

the amount of XP needed to receive a skill point does not increase as Devin wade’s OVR increases 

the amount of skill points needed to upgrade a player’s upgrade bucket does not increase as Devin Wade’s OVR increases 

During off-season, the team has signed me to a franchise tender 3 seasons in a row...does not Lerner me explore free agency or negotiate a new contract.....

    Does it actually start a second season with Wade or does it restart the same season? I've been wondering how that works since Madden seems keen on telling an ongoing story with these two characters. It wouldn't do much for the story if you could contract to Green Bay and in Madden 20 have a story about Wade's second season with the Texans or something.

    So far, it’s the same experience as if I created a player to use in franchise mode.

    It’s Devin Wade with the Texans and you start after the conclusion on Longshot.

    thats a good point though about wade and the Texans...not sure if I’m getting franchise tagged each week because “madden” doesn’t want me to leave the team. 

    Theres no more cutscenes or any other special features other than being able to play as Devin Wade

    Okay I finally played through Wade's franchise, the second season I signed on with the Dolphins for 78m on a 4 year contract. The contracts should come in on stage 2 or 3 of the offseason. If you aren't getting them around then that's likely a bug.

    However, I had no option to deny a resigning or go free agent after the end of my contract period with the Dolphins. I was automatically resigned for a long term contract. That's a shame because the Dolphins paid me $78m over 4 years but didn't bother to hire an offensive line so I spent a lot of time on my backside those 4 years.
