For example, when I check the X-Factor Database on the main menu,, it states that Jesse Bates II has a superstar ability, and Alvin Kamara is an X Factor, while Drew Brees is a superstar. However, when I go to franchise mode and I begin a new Franchise, the roster update is not present. It is as if the update occurred everywhere but franchise mode. Kamara is still a superstar, Brees is an X Factor, Jesse Bates and others have not been updated at all. Was really looking forward to using the roster update in franchise and it appears I cannot until the issue is remedied.How often does the bug occur? @EA_Blueberry Just checked, issue is fixed for me.

I reported this issue to your live chat function, hoping to fix it. They said they have not encountered this bug before, pointed me to this location, and then marked my issue as fixed, which I find frustrating, as my issue is most definitely not fixed.Tried a hard reset of my ps4, which did not work. Again, the new updated roster works in every game mode but Franchise. There I am still given the old roster, which is even more confusing because I only have one roster downloaded, which is the most recent.

@EA_Blueberry Thanks man. I haven't experienced these other issues, yet, because we haven't started a new franchise, so the only issue I have seen is just the misnamed ability. Like I said, it's just a cosmetic issue. The ability itself seems to still be working properly.

Not to bump this again, but I definitely want the issue addressed. So far, I am not the only one having this issue. Franchise offline is the only game mode I play and for three days now, this issue has not been fixed.
In addition to not updating in franchise, those who lost abilities like Wentz just have a blank picture where their old x factor database picture would be if you were to go to the pause screen mid game.
This is definitely issue. Can someone please address this?

Yeah I'm having the same problem, does not matter if I try cloud save or off line it still doesnt change the roster.

The title sums it up. We restarted our league to have the new X-Factors and SS players (Most notably my man D.K. Metcalf!). Fired up a new Franchise only to see that for some reason... the 1.20 Update isn't working in Franchise. Why is that? Is EA just trying to come up with new and creative ways to screw over the Franchise mode? I mean I know you've been actively removing functionality from it for the past 10 years but now you can't even be bothered to have your updates work with Franchise? Our group is all on PC. I've heard from other users they ran into the same issue on PS4.

Literally having the same issue and made a thread about it actually just below yours. My issue is with the PS4. This is really bothering me, and so far I have heard no response. There are about five of us I now know of having this issue.

EA, please fix this. There are quite a few of us coming forward now. This is incredibly frustrating. I've never had any issues with Madden until this point.

I play on PS4 and my PSN is ForIslandFires. It is affecting me in offline play but it looks like many other are affected via cloud play. I dont have online, so I only play offline.
