[Franchise Simulation] longest pass is always 25 yards

    @EA_Blueberry Tested it on a new offline franchise it worked fine. On an existing one I tested supersim and it worked to.

Please Fix the simmed stats in offline franchise mode where all the QBs and WRs longest Pass and Longest catch is only 25 yards or less! i thought it would have been fixed in the patch but i was wrong!
