[Franchise Simulation] longest pass is always 25 yards

    @EA_Blueberry Tested it on a new offline franchise it worked fine. On an existing one I tested supersim and it worked to.

A Title Update released today but did not include this. The team is hopeful they'll be able to address it soon. I unfortunately don't have a date to confirm yet.
