[Franchise Simulation] longest pass is always 25 yards

    @EA_Blueberry Tested it on a new offline franchise it worked fine. On an existing one I tested supersim and it worked to.

Is this for a new franchise after today's Title Update or an existing one? When the team pushes out a fix it may not hit previous save files because those are stored locally to the console, therefore the fix may only address it for newly created Franchises.
