On PS5 all of my franchise snapshots fail to upload after franchise games. I’m using a wired connection and when I tested it with the PS4 version of the game on the PS5 system, it worked fine. Am I missing a setting?
Same thing is happening to me (PS5 Offline Franchise) except the snapshots are viewable until I turn the game off. When I load the save game all images are gone but it will still tell me the details of the play when loading the gallery and looking at previous games played. Instead of a picture of the play it reads "No Image Found".
Yep. Same thing for me. Still lists the description of the snapshot, image not found.
I'm still having the same problem I posted above back in the beginning of December. Madden 21 Offline Franchise snapshots failing to upload. Like others have said it worked fine for me on PS4 as well. Could someone from EA please at least respond? This is obviously not just affecting me.
