[Franchise] Starting RB/WR Leaves Game

Summarize your bug Depth chart has Joe Mixon as starting RB. A few snaps into game the backup RBs take over. Tried resetting depth chart and no change. Even when choosing Mixon plays he does not re enter game. Injuries are OFF.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Assume play a franchise game and see what happens.
What happens when the bug occurs? Backup RBs take over and starting RB never returns.
What do you expect to see? Starting RB in play

Joe Mixon starts game initially then never returns. Reset depth chart no change. Selected Mixon plays and still no change.

Hey, Madden community.

This was addressed in the October 12th Title Update related to fatigue:

Addressed an issue with Weekly Strategy fatigue where CPU/auto manage rep teams get too fatigued by the end of the season

Addressed an issue where QBs would be able to scramble deep in the offensive backfield at full speed until they found an angle to get around Pass Rushers.

DEV NOTE: QBs will start to fatigue faster and slow down when trying to scramble 15+ yards behind the line of scrimmage. This reflects the realistic amount of effort and energy loss QB’s suffer in real life when scrambling so deep in the offensive backfield.

Fixed an issue causing players sometimes to start the second half of the game extremely fatigued

@jsnglbrt76 thank you for reporting this issue! Did it happen in a regular season or a preseason game? In preseason games, the backups are always (or most often?) substituted in for the full second half.

A workaround might be: if you choose "enhanced playcalling" (in the settings), you will have the chance to select plays via "formation". When you select a formation, you can substitute players before selecting a play.

Summarize your bug #2 WR in depth chart is simply never used in arizona's playbook. You can not sub him in, he's not use in any of the packages. Changing his position in slot wr or wr in the depth chart does nothing. Before the game finished i lost the ability to use my #1 rb also. no idea. i was * around with wr depth chart a lot, but never touched rb. suddenly i realized my back up was in 3 runs in a row and sure enough i couldn't sub him anymore.

sorry about the weird compression, had to squish it 4k was too stronk.
I see this isn't an arizona exclusive issue now, running pats playbook and have lost my #1 HB. Chase edmonds is my main running back. I'm in normal sub packages, it's the same for every formation, he isn't listed in the medical center and hasn't ever been shown as injured. Just poof.

Number one receiver being subbed out of the game for stamina then game glitching and never putting him back in- franchise mode. Have had happen twice now once being at the end of the game, one being at the end of the first half then never brining him back in and he was never injured or in medical center.

Summarize your bug So on two different occasions now the game has subbed my #1 receiver out of the game, assuming for fatigue but then it never puts him back on the field. The first time it occurred was in a late game critical situation. This most recent time today was near the end of the first half it subbed a few of my receivers out and ended up putting them back on the field besides my number one receiver, and it never put him back in the game throughout the rest of it. He was never injured or in medical center etc…

What do you expect to see? This fixed because there is no reason it should be happening and it’s one of the pesky bugs that ruin the cherry experience.

Now in another game it’s literally done it to my first two receivers and my rb1 so 3 starters for absolutely no reason this is so frustrating
