[Franchise] Unable to play 4th down - Simulated every time even when on field

please fix the 4th down glitch. On 4th down when my team goes for it I cannot play, it is automatically simulated instead. This occurs during franchise mode when I’m playing as a player. EA_Bluebe...

        @ChaoticShow4 If you enable Full Control are you able to play the 4th down? Curious if this helps get around the bug.

        Does it happen every 4th down? When it's simulated, do they kick a FG?
