Please have your friend contact our Support team for them to review their EA account if the ban was supposed to be overturned by now and still hasn't.

@EA_Blueberry I have told him to contact on Twitter and I'm hoping it will work. The live support has been no help for the most part so I will keep you updated.

He just got permanently banned for “cheating” and EA said they will investigate it as it may be a mistake.
