Friendly quit glitch still around after update #2

So, the friendly quit glitch is still out there... yes, you now have limited friendly quits that you can offer so instead people now quickly offer and cancel their friendly quit over and over again with the same effect. I've been sitting with this one player "Wackd_qwacked97" for nearly an hour now while he sits and brags about how he does this all day and makes videos of this to put online. If you can't fix it (which for the life of me I can't figure out why, I've been playing madden for 12 years and never had to deal with this), can you not at least ban some of these players accounts? I mean this guy claims thta he has a 115-3 record without ever playing a game. I would think that would anger the makers of Madden as much as it angers Madden players.
