Frozen screen could not sign into EA

I can only played it offline, can't sign in to EA and every time I tried to sign in it turns black as the pic shown below. I have linked origin, Ps4 and EA account however I still couldn't logged in....

    @Hee337733 To anyone who have trouble w this just change DNS to
    Primary :8.8.8.8
    Secondary:8.8.4.4

I did, Infact I'm already linked between my EA account, Ps4 and Origin.
That is not the issue. They are linkef correctly. I just could not get to the sign in page in madden instead I got black screen.

    Great! I'm glad using alternate DNS servers helped. Sorry I didn't suggest that sooner. It's kind of an odd issue. Thanks for the update and please let us know if there's anything else you need help with.
