☹️ that sounds really frustrating, but at least I would like to draw your attention to this info thread about bans in Madden and how to dispute them (if you are not already aware of it): https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/INFO-Account-Suspensions-or-Bans-in-Madden-NFL-21/m-p/983... the link also contains information where to find the rules of playing Madden.

I've read a lot of similar reports already. it always hurts reading about unfair/unjustified bans. my brother was banned too a few weeks ago ... I therefore thought a lot about bans/suspensions, in particular in Madden, and recently wrote a post about my thoughts.
